The correct answers were Kevred or GoldRock, who not only joined the reporter team at the rank of Warrant Officer 4, but also still hold the record for lowest ranked staff members ever since. Hippin_in_hawaii who beat them to this record (he joined as WO 3) last year haven't claimed this record for himself.

The correct answer was Kevred, who not only joined the reporter team at the rank of Warrant Officer 4, but also still holds the record for lowest ranked staff member ever since. Hippin_in_hawaii who beat him to this record (he joined as WO 3) last year haven't claimed this record for himself.

what rank was goldrock when he became a reporter? cause i remember him making a comment about becoming a reporter when he was wo4

GoldRock held a record for a lowest ranked staff member until Kevred beat him with WO 4 record. Considering that he beat him and not tied him means that GoldRock had higher rank when he joined. He might have been lower rank at that point but probably not WO 4.

you seem to be unsure yourself too...

 

the fact that he beat him could also mean that goldrock retired temporarily and kevred took the record... or maybe the record was decided based on EXP at that time. or maybe kevred took the record after goldrock ranked up.

but when kevred applied for the record, had goldrock not been wo4 anymore or not been a reporter anymore, kevred would have taken it.

 

because the record is "lowest ranked staff member" and not "lowest ranked staff member ever"

In the Meet the Reporter that Kevred is introduced it says that he was both lowest ranked and youngest reporter at that time... Not sure about GoldRock though.

flexoo, this was what happened. goldrock was wo4 when he became a reporter, but he did not provide picture proof when he got the record. they gave him the record because they saw that at that time, he was indeed the lowest ranked reporter. they late gave that title to kevred because kevred provded proof whereas goldrock did not. which was very stupid of them because the same guy who accepted goldrock's record didn't ask him for proof, but when kevred applied he asked for proof so that he could have a reason to let him replace goldrock.
