I don't know if this a glitch or hack. i was talking on the chat then i went to the garage randomly then something made me buy a railgun upgrade'i have no control'so i turn off the browser and switch it back on everything is normal but it still shows that i bought the upgrade and spent crystals, plz help maybe someone hacked my acc.or maybe a random glitch?

I tried that missing crystals thing you said about but whenever i toggle captcha it says(sorry, cannot contact captcha right now please try again later) i think? but no worrys its a minor transaction so no need for a refund, just wanted to point this out :).thanks a lot for your attention ^_^.

If you want clean instructions on how to do it, you can find it in here, in case you deleted some of the files and not all. Use or press Shift+Delete when deleting the folder. Once again, clean instructions can be found in here.

 

In the meantime you can try using the Standalone FP.

aslo hackers. thre is a hacker his name is Theproledgend_master. he is using the floting trick, in front of me. i would apricialte it if he could be banned for hacking. thanks! As i dont check the fourm often plz reply to - REMOVED-

Best thing to do is recording a video about the hacker. Also those hackers who violate the Game rules should be reported in the sections which are appropriate for reporting rule violations. The section called ''Game violations''. may be used to report hacking of any kind in the game. Before creating a new topic there read the section rules carefully.

 

Once again, recording a video is the best option so do that please and read the section rules in there, video shouldn't be less than 5 minutes and not more than 15 minutes.

About this part, that is called bonus which is only given to premium players and not to all players which is why you didn't get the bonus and which is why it was crossed out. More info about the premium can be found in here. There is another one called beginner pass as well.

There is a feature in PRO battles called Friendly Fire which allows you to damage/kill your teammates. More info here: Creating a battle

 

To receive the bonus you must have a Premium Account or Beginner Pass.

thank you now the game works but the loading still takes forever(in client) so is the problem linked to my very slow internet?

Loading will take quite some time since you deleted the cache files so everything will have to load from the start and everything will take longer than usual but after some time everything will go back to the way it was. The game will just need some time to restore and download these files so next time the process should be faster than before.

I have been experiencing weird bug today. If I change equipment during battle, then I have to wait for 5 min. before changing equipment again. But if i open garage before 5 min and close it without changing anything, the 5 min. timer resets. And if I open garage after 5 min, when and close garage without changing anything, my tank self destructs and notification of me changing equipment appears and 5 min. timer in garage also appears. please fix it.

Excellent, I did notice it as well and will forward it. 

 

Going to the garage without changing any equipment makes me like I did sometimes. Some other times if I'm using a Fire, I change to Freeze but before I get back to the battle if I change back to the Fire I was using, it considers me as if I have changed my Turret which I didn't.

Hi!

I have noticed that the tank sometimes suddenly stops at the bridge in Serpuhov DM.

Seems to hit something "invisible"

Happen today and I fell off the bridge.

Otherwise its a very good game that always feels fresh and updated!

Unless the developers "smooth out" the textures, then unfortunately no, we can't do anything about it. It is unlikely this will happen anytime soon, because there are a lot of other updates of higher priority on the developer's minds right now.

Since it is the first time you downloaded it, it will take some time to load everything and nothing will load faster so you should be waiting. If the Client will not load and you have waited it enough amount of time, you can try doing the steps mentioned in here so try using the Standalone FP.

I have found a glitch which allows me to buy any paint without the rank required. i use steam to access my  acc and it works in the client as well as in browser. I do not know how to trigger this bug/glitch here below is a link to  what this looks like in my garage.

Ever since the time of the ill-fated "match-making" trial, I've been having really bad problems with Tanki "lag".  Everything will run smoothly for a few seconds - then I'll get a second or two where everything stops, followed by "jumping" to a new position - then a few smooth seconds - then more "stop action" crap.  When the action "jumps", sometimes the tank is repositioned as if it has just spun around in circles during the missing time.  Sometimes it barely moves at all.  It's sort of like the game is just taking a break, repositioning the tank at random, then starting up again.

 

My hardware hasn't changed.  My software hasn't changed. I'm not running any other applications.  My ISP hasn't changed.  And though I might have had this problem from time to time before, it was never like this - a constant problem in every game.

 

It appears Tanki HAS changed and the game is almost unplayable due to lag.
