Ever since about the time of the "Unified Battle List" game performance has been sub-par.  The ping and data rates are good to excellent - but the game performance has been glitchy.

 

The past couple days the performance has been really bad - and today it was HORRIBLE.  The game repeatedly misreports the positions of other units... that is, an enemy tank will appear to go left, then over a hill, then back to the top of the hill, then run in a circle then "teleport" to another location completely.  It's almost as if someone cut up a movie of tanki and spliced the pieces of the movie back together in the wrong order and played it.  And it's not just one tank.  It's all of them.

 

Damage displays are also significantly delayed.  About the time you decide you missed and fix on a different target, the numbers pop up and the other tank explodes.

 

Most of the time the games the past couple days have been like low-quality clay-mation.  Like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LlpSPOWcyeM

 

I've also noticed more incidents of the "gun doesn't work" bug.  You know - you go into a battle, you keep hitting enemy tanks - no damage reported.  The only way to "fix" the problem is to leave the game and re-enter.  Of course, you lose crystals doing that.

 

The buggy-ness and poor system response has reached the point of the games being basically unplayable.  I suspect this is due to trying to cram too much onto a small number of servers - the servers can't handle the load.  

 

As for the bugs themselves... *sigh* I know it's against Tanki policy to actually TEST anything.

No, I didn't play in a pro-battle (I don't even have a pro battle pass)

No, it wasn't a DM, it was CTF

No I'm not lying -_-

And unfortunately I don't have a screenshot since this was unexpected :(

 

 

Hey, you know that new mission "Take one of the top 3 places in the winners team in 3 battles" ? I came 2nd twice and 3rd once and for some reason its still on 0? Maybe the server is just a bit slow and i have to wait? Honestly, i wasted 45 minutes playing CTF just to complete this mission and I wasn't lagging at all, 60 FPS and PING: (minimum) 83, (maximum) 119 please, you know how difficult it is to earn crystals at my rank, 500 crystals in my opinion is a lot.

Please help me :(

first of all,sry for posting here.but where the hell is problem reporting section ?

 

anyway,i was playing 1 hour before this post in new year map dm mode.just before 4 mins  battle end "an error occurred "popped up in the right corner.i ignored and continue playing but i cant hit anybody but they can kill me.so,i tried to refresh the game and its not working.so i closed the tab and tried to launch the game using my bookmark,sadly it was not loading.i tried restarting router but it was not working anyhow .now i removed the internet cable and put it in my desktop and i can load tanki again.

dont tell me its my routers fault! that error message started all this.i even re-setup my router.its not working.so it must be something that tanki did.

btw all the other sites are working as usual.

please take care of it asap.

Today, I have found a bug on my Lumberjack quadruple module of the last micro upgrade. I have 14/15 micro upgrades and I want to buy the last micro upgrade today at 50% off. The bug is that when purchasing this micro upgrade at 50% off, Tanki Online shuts down with the error message "Server connection closed" error message. I have posted the error message with the Lumberjack quadruple below.

I lagg through every gold in non pro matches and in pro matches! i lagg through parkour golds sometimes and never in xpbp when ever gold dorps and i go next to it my fps and ping drops tremendously and i sometimes can't do any damage after and it takes about 10 seconds to respawn.

 

i think it has to be alot of people in the match like more then 12 i think that is why in xp/bp i only 2v2 and 1v1 and i can take golds

i use a  HP notebook Laptop i use google browser i have Norton protection on and thats it.

Same as the last few animated paints, they were shown as Flow paint in the profile but got fixed after some time. Reported.

Noticed the same problem with few other players as well where their FPS drops only when they get close to a Gold Box, not sure what triggers it but it is only when you try to take a Gold right and you don't have this sort of issue while playing?

I can not deal any damage to opponents, pickup drops or capture points/flags. (Refresh fixes it for sometime)

Reasons: It's caused by false positive of anti-cheat system.

Possible solution: Unload all background software and processes/programs. Try to change the browser you are currently using for TO.

Sometimes you don't deal any damage when you enter a battle, but it automatically turns on upon the next respawn or after refreshing the page.

 

Thank you! I had this problem, and when I used Microsoft Edge instead of Chrome, it works!

I was playing a polygon CP yesterday and the battle fund went up to 16k and my team was practically winning because of me (I was the only thunder in my team) but suddenly I got a high ping because of my internet and when it went away I lost the ability to damage someone ... and my team lost because I was not able to offer them any more help

 

​I tried changing my turret from the garage but it did not work , I am not playing on the browser , I use the client so I can't refresh and I can't risk going out of the game and entering quickly again.. so I had to just stay and do nothing until it ended

My Magnum doesn't deal damage anymore on rare occasions, usually when my FPS drops to 30 for no apparent reason.

What is wrong?

Try refreshing the page. Low FPS sometimes makes that happen to me too, refreshing the page fixes it.

 

 

Recently I've encountered a lot of special rank battles, some private some public, from - . Some aren't even in Parkour format, and its really weird. Anyone know the cause of this?

Good evening, I just passed a bug in which I grabbed a black gold box and came out GTO_STAR grabbed the gold box and did not give me crystals or a single crystal just passed 10 minutes ago

You get a container if you catch a black gold, check the "special" section of your garage.
