I have forwarded the issue last week to the developers. It is one thing to forward the issue from players and another for them to fix so let's hope they will do it. We can only hope.

Never wait for it more than 1 minute. If you see that is is loading and 1-minute passes by, cancel it and try again. It is pointless to wait more than 1 minute or even 1-2 minutes max. Many others complained about the same issue but unfortunately, it seems like they didn't fix it well.

i have noticed that sometimes vulcan does no damage and you have to spin up the barrel again to fire. i only  noticed when i turned on my damage numbers.

 

i'm not sure why this happens because i had fine FPS and PING.

 

i have a 2 year old mac with the latest version of OSX so i don't think my computer is the cause. i think it is a just a bug in the game because it happens quite often maybe once very two games.

 

if this could be investigated and hopefully fixed i would be very grateful.

This is a rather old bug with Vulcan and it had been reported many times. It's not fixed yet, so just make sure you keep damage indicators on when playing with Vulcan so that you can stop and fire again if it stops dealing damage.

I had the occasional salvo where all the missiles missed even though the enemy was in clear sight, it's stupid.

This needs tweaking.

I do not own "Flow" paint in my garage. This happened when I equipped "Matrix" paint in the garage. Not sure why it is showing my hull with Flow paint.

I have reported this before, but I didn't get a proper answer to the question - is this a bug or just an update? The 'bug' I'm talking about is the strange change in the paints' look. I'm not sure how to describe the change, but it happened a year ago or so. For me, it looks like you can't see the whole tank through the paint and you can't notice the little details. I tried finding a good example for the thing I'm talking about, the best I could come up with is these 2 videos -

Both players wear the "Zeus" paint. In Oufa's video, you can notice the little details, like the lightnings on the tank, and the paint looks as it used to be. Unlike PORTES's video, where you can't notice the little details (like the lightnings) and the variety of the paint looks strange.

 

Was there an update or something like this? I'm not sure what is this strange change but it's pretty annoying to me.

I had my favorite paint, Vertigo, installed on my tank when I opened 38 containers I had from the War and weekly mission rewards. I got six paints in the containers. I tried on Tentacles when I was finished opening all the containers. I thought it was funny and went to change back to my favorite paint, Vertigo, but it has disappeared from my garage. if there is a limit to the number of paints you can have that is fine, but I want the Vertigo paint back. Take away other paints, but not the one I use all the time since I got it in a container a few weeks ago.

 

I tried logging out and back in, joining a battle, but nothing brought my paint back. This happened about 20 minutes ago, about 4:10pm on Sept 1 my local time. These are the paints that came in the containers: Tentacles, Paisley Flame, Alien, Pixel Heart, Columbia, Picasso. You can take Paisley Flame, Alien, Pixel Heart, Columbia, Picasso back, but I want my Vertigo paint back.

On my profile it shows I have played 464 hours. If you add all my paint times, it only comes to 459.8 hours. I believe that the missing 4.2 hours is the time I wore the Vertigo paint. If you add the mode time it comes out to 464.4 hours also; turret 464.6; hull 464.7

Haven't been able to join a game from the regular website for 2 days now, I always have to go to fixit.tankionline.com and then sometimes it works. I never have problems loading the game, it's just the server instantly closes my connection as soon as I join a game.

I am constantly getting "server connection closed" as soon as I get placed into a game. You might want to change your password to be on the safe side. It could be possible that someone has access to your account and is trying to log in at the same time you are.

 Server Client Tanki isnt working for me, it just loads and keeps loading as if i was new to it but i waited for 20 mins as i thought it was cause of the server restart but nothing happened, it just keeps loading
