Today in a Matchmaking CTF battle my team of 7 people fought 9 people in other team.

Yes, it happens. I'm pretty sure the devs are aware of this.

On Massacre TDM map, there is something invisible above the houses which blocks your shot when shooting from the high corner of the map to the other corner of the map.

 

But it's only a problem on the right corner of each side (right side meaning right side when facing opponents end of the map) when shooting over the houses.

Have you tried to clear your browser's cache?

If so (and still didn't work), please follow these instructions for the TO client:

1. Uninstall the game client.
2. Go to: %APPDATA%/..../Roaming/TankiOnline
3. Delete "Local Store" folder.
4. Re-install the game client.

Those are the building hit boxes, they are cube shaped to reduce polygon count and improve performance. The downside is this:

The upside is you get better FPS. 

 

Developers did say a few years ago that they do not intent to do anything about it. I am not sure what the situation is currently.

On the ratings page, on the stats for the modes, there's one that says siege.  Is that the new game mode that the vlog said the devs were developing or is it a glitch?

Hey! This is simply a visual glitch with the score board, everyone has actually received their crystals/stars and will see them in their balance when they reload the game.

 

The issue has been reported to developers.

 

 

If i reply here all errors, minimum 50 errors/day.

I would suggest you try the newest HTML5 version in Chrome/Opera: https://tankionline.com/play/

 

Otherwise, please provide some more information such as screenshots of the errors you are getting so we can assist.

Sometimes, when I play, nothing happens when I want to join a MM-battle. I'll just click ''battle'' or whatever mode I want to play, and completely nothing happens. Only way to solve this is restart the game. More people with this problem?

Is this the Flash client? Sometimes it happens to me, where I click the button and go nowhere, but I just close the client and open it again.

Sometimes, I click the game mode, decided 1 minute in the queue that I'm not gonna play for a few minutes, cancel the queue, and then about 2-4 minutes later, I see it randomly go to the battle loading screen and I'm in a battle in the mode that I cancelled. I've been having a lot of issues with the tanki game client where It randomly freezes then I can't play I have to reopen the client also more errors occur here and there It's been pretty unplayable I'm 100% sure there is nothing wrong with my pc I've uninstalled the client and reinstalled and the same thing happens, Wondering if any tanki employee would consider fixing this issue thanks.  :)

The developers are working on the new HTML5 which will not have this issue. meanwhile, did you try playing with the limited version of the HTML5?

I'd also suggest you try the new HTML5 version as Leur said. Its a lot more stable than the client in my experience.

 

However if you still want to use the client for whatever reason, a possible solution is to clear your client's cache: How to clear cache of Tanki Online client

 

Note that reinstalling usually doesn't resolve any issues since when the client being uninstalled it does NOT remove any cache files which results in the new installation using the existing potentially corrupted cache files. The instructions in the link above should remedy that.

The worst issue I have now is that whenever a new message is sent on the chat it goes back to the bottom (most recent) messages, so essentially you can't look back 5-6 messages just to see what happened, or what people are talking about.

first started yesterday taking a longer time to load when in battles.

 

today still long time to load in battles but also now when responding back into battles . system wont let your tank reload . the battle is happening but you have no tank showing up on screen . my system is fine been in battles with another account and did the same thing .my tank loaded on other account after going into garage.

The battle entry problem is getting VERY old.

You click to enter a battle (assault and rugby are the worst) and you wait (and wait) for the game to load.

When the screen comes up and says "loading", you wait (and wait, and wait) and wait some more as the progress bar CRAWLS across the bottom of the screen.

 

Might as well quit Tanki now.  You're never going to see the battle because it's the "battle entry" bug.  It's faster to close the window and log back in than to wait for Tanki to finish its thrashings.  (Or, as I often do, just quit Tanki and go do something else because who needs this kind of headache?)

 

The weird thing about this is that apparently you ARE sometimes put in a battle.  You just can't SEE anything but the loading screen.

 

This bug has been around as long as matchmaking and is probably just another one of its malfunctions.

 

(For the record, Matchmaking SUCKS!)

Kindly use the default font colour.
