The typical user does not set their browser to clear data on exit, thus it is a valid method to store information in a way which does not impact the vast majority of end users and provides benefits in reducing server side data.

 

As convenient as it would be to have this data server side, it simply isnt the case at the moment so the only way to mitigate the issues mentioned in your first post would be to avoid clearing the cache so often, its highly necessary anyhow and negatively affects browsing experience on many sites, not just Tanki.

On the profile pages, the counter for some drones does not count any more. From my own experience, Driver is counting, Saboteur and Booster are not, just stay put while the respective drone is used. And this is not a "wait ten minutes for the page to refresh" issue, numbers stay put for weeks.

You forgot one of the most common bug,

Projectile based weapons projectiles passing through enemies,dealing damage without knocking effect.This actually is quite a major problem I'd say.Also,after a burst of major lag spike,(ping ms)there are moments where damage cannot be inflicted even with weapons changed.The only solution for this was to quit match

I think it is counting, but the fact that booster is active just for 3 seconds means you need to use it a lot of times to actually see a number popup on the ratings page.

i gave both Booster and Saboteur a try to prove you wrong with exp numbers staying the same after the battle. Though, it worked as it should in both cases. I assure you it did not work for at least a week, I honestly assure you ...

guys i have a problem.....yesterday before day 9 of the war ended i bought premium account and collected around 40 to 50 stars.....but i only got 3 containers.....i am supposed to get 6 containers....please reply to this problem

When i reach the 20 stars mark in the war, you are supposed to be rewarded with a container.Turns out i don't receive it due to some bugs i think so can you guys fix this real soon plz?

As for the war and its containers, admins or other helpers can not add nor are they allowed to add any extra containers to anyone's account so best way for you to solve your issue and get what you missing is once again to contact help desk using the free form: https://tankionline.com/forms/free/en/

I personally got both of them and same for those who had which I at least know, could just be a mistake. Either way, only them can help.

Glad to hear that, sometimes before it updates itself, it goes down for a while so I just try to come back and check it later on.
