Bugs and Glitches Reports [Closed]

Another server reset and still the same thing.  I can't click away the that completed mission so I can't get a  new mission.  This is three days.    I have this and two other accounts with this same problem and I know two other players with the same problem.  This is not an isolated glitch.  It is in HTML and Flash.  Please acknowledge that you have passed this on to whoever is supposed to fix things like this.

Thank you for your response.  Tech support was extremely fast in clearing the issue....within a couple of hours of me filling out the report form.  Kudos to them...way better than a previous encounter I had with them.

OK, here is another minor glitch, well, it is probably a glitch anyway.  There are no rewards specified.  Has Tanki decided to remove rewards randomly from missions without mentioning it or is it a bug?  This has happened on several of my accounts.  This is happening in Flash and HTML also.

It's a bug (possibly an issue with your client (if you're playing on one), in which case please try clearing its cache and see if it resolves the issue). Are you only experiencing this issue on the Flash version of the game, or on the HTML5 as well?
Also, does changing an existing mission without a displayed reward cause the new one to do have it displayed, or does the problem still remain regardless?

Clearing the cache doesn't do anything.  It's in Flash and HTML.  Sometimes changing the mission brings up a Reward, and sometimes it doesn't. 

I'm not too concerned with this glitch, but thought someone should be made aware of it.  It's the kind of thing that is easily lived with just like several other bugs in Tanki...no biggies.

@Joeguy One more important thing: does completing such missions without displayed rewards give their intended rewards (I know, a bit tedious to figure out), and are they normally claimable (excluding the other mission bug where they're not claimable in general) once completed?

These blank "Reward:" screens are claimable and a mission is credited to the weekly total just like normal.  As far as the actual reward, like 2 DA and 3 Speed (for example), I don't know if it gets credited or not.  When I run across this glitch again, I will try to see if any supplies or crystals are increased.

These blank "Reward:" screens have probably been fixed with the maintenance today, but I still had one from yesterday that I didn't do until today. The blank "Reward:" screen was claimable and a mission was credited to the weekly total just like normal.  But the reward stated, NOTHING, is exactly what I got...nothing.  I tracked my crystals and supplies before I did the mission and there was no increase in either after I completed the mission.  No biggie...my point is that it's probably a moot point at this point so there's a good chance it's pointless in pursuing this point at this point.

Hi,

I am unable to complete the special mission '1.5 Meters' as my kills are not adding to my total for this mission.

In my last 3 battles, I have killed 13, 7 and 5 respectively in siege, seige and juggernaut. The first 2 battles added to my siege total for another mission, but not 1.5 meters.

I am using thre HTML5 version of the game, in a browser.

BUG ( ***Urgent as special mission is ending***)
HAllo Like previous poster   I'm unable too complete SPECIAL MIssion 1,5 , went til 2908 kills  and then is 2 days that  Kills do NOT  get  counted ( i would already have finished ) -
tried html5 browser , Flash . Also Switched back and forth twins turret to see if it was not "recognised" as twins .Still same problem .
So yesterday evenong and today not counted
Wasted a tons of batteries and drugs to complete that especially today before to go to work , bit annoying -

When I'm clicking Play in MM, it loads forever then brings me back to the lobby saying I got kicked for inactivity. This was happening to last year as well. Please fix this asap

Which support did you used? Browser, client Html5 or Client flash?

HTML5's lobby is too laggy for me

It is bug, I just used the Flash GAme client and it worked for me (lucky me), but not a bug for everybody. I hope you will get access.

Patch Update #606 - Released 4th June 2020

 

• List of changes:

  • Returned crystal boxes with experience points for first ranks: Recruit — Sergeant-Major

The patch notes say it and it seems like Sergeant-Major would be the logical cut-off for Crystal Boxes, but I'm still dealing with the game ruining things at Rank11, Warrant Officer 1.  Please let the people that need to fix this know that there is a foul up in the amount of ranks that CryBoxes are appearing...I'd like to get back to real supply drops please.

Toda vez que tento entrar na minha conta aparece a seguinte frase:

RangeError: Invalid language tag: pt_br 

Eu não tenho muito conhecimento sobre o meu setup, por isso eu não posso falar muita coisa útil.
