Valid Add garage notifications for items becoming affordable

Hi folks;

Since many micro-upgrade prices are not always rounded, and especially with discounts, the numbers can get very strange. This makes it hard to know when you have the exact amount for an upgrade or a new modification.

Therefore, I suggest that players should have an option to receive a notification when a certain item is affordable. The lobby should display this as a small yellow circle by the garage icon, just as the lobby currently displays when ranking up and a new thing is available. This should be a separate button by upgrades, speed-ups, new modifications, and all new gear. This will allow players to know when they have reached their goal, without having to check each time.

I think the economy stands to gain from such a change since more players will be spending quicker.
