https://prnt.sc/r1zgg9 that the possible batteries quantity drop is '15 unit' , when I opened 1k coinboxs today thus made less than a 100 total of batteries since every time drops only 2 instead of 15 that ought be a glitch or a bug . if so fix it and refund me my whole legit battries rewards , What is this contempt inferior service , The coinboxs already got nerfed , and even with all that you still have a bugged item that drops only 2 units instead of 15 that is announced?? I better quit again this game is just ridiculing us what a crap @Administration fix this as soon as possible and all the battries drops that had dropped must refund me all my batteries that I could've earned instead of 2 units , what a joke ...

Complaining in the forum won't help you at all.

You should contact the tech support and explain the problem, they will help you and give you the batteries if they find what you said is correct.

So in order for the tech support to listen and validate what I said , shall I upload like the past 1k coinboxs whole opening video? along with another 1k coinboxs i've bought ? that's too much to upload , would screenshots do the job , and they can check my account statistics and how much I opened and all the rewards that I've earned on their system and thus on every battery rip off , they'll refund me that and fix the drops as well?

You hit the spot on point, they are trying to take advantage of those players that make in-game purchases monthly to pay even more. For example, the removal of 750 batteries and 1500 supplies kit. Now the alternatives are just disgusting. With the addition of challenge pass changes and coinboxes, I assume there will be less players buying then there was before. I absolutely see no reason to buy coinboxes with the recent changes that have been made.

I wanted to buy for € 99.99 the special offer "1.000.000 cristals + 10 days premium + 500 supplies" but then I read "This item can only be purchased once. If purchased a second time, instead of the items in this pack, you will receive compensation in crystals. Compensation for this item: 17.400 taincoins".

i don't remember if I bought this item in the past, therefore I won't purchase this item, because with 17.400 taincoins I could only buy roughly  700.000 crystals and no days premium and supplies.

TO should warn the buyer if he bought already that item, because he can't risk to have much less than he purchases.

I guess it was accidentally increased in all game modes, but has now been restored back to only DM. 

It was good while it lasted... over 15 golds and 5 containers in an hour.
