Efficiency rating dropping like a stone

A lot of the people who build these accounts to get top 10 efficiency are on alternate accounts and they have played on them for months or years, on and off, only during double/triple crystal fund days to get there.  They are paying for premium.  They are generally good for Tanki so I don't fault them or Tanki for allowing it.

I know a lot of players that do value efficiency ranking and are in top 500 and trying to move up.  I know a lot of players who could give 2 turds about the whole thing.  It's just another small corner of the community.

You have done well based on your profile. I think you probably buy a little but besides that, you don't over abuse some supplies. You are already a very efficient player. It is almost impossible to play regularly and move up the ranking list at your level. Most top ranked players only play in special events. The only other player I follow regularly in the top 50 is boris4311 and he is a regular.  Despite his garage and supplies, it took him over a year to move up a few places. Yrap_cool is 2nd and of the matches I see him play recently, he only plays in assault defending team with isida/dictator. He gets a ton of crystals every match.

I was with yarik in battle and he would refresh everytime he was about to die (see screenshot). Also, he used dictator (bonus from overdrive) and finished the battle with 0-0 k/d.

yarik the cheat/refreshing does your rating no good

Another cheat is anything he has more than one player using his account FACT.

i watch these players quite a lot and the word CHEAT sums them up just nicely. Shared accounts/and massive amounts of crystals for very little xp just show how DESPERATE these players are to be recognised in the game,sad really and players like you only fuel them as you think they are gods gift in battle where in fact they are just random nobody's with fat heads.

Over the past 2 weeks my efficinecy rating has dropped from 90,822 to 90,788

I think the calculation has been changed and I'm not bothering to look at it anymore, as I can't fight it. I think it has been made to favour drone users.

I have been paying close attention to my efficiency rating. Even after finishing a battle in the top 3 and with a good K/D, it drops down one point. Even when earning a lot more crystals than xp, it drops down one point. That is crazy... how much more "efficient" do they expect me to be?

You don't have premium so that is one reason for the continuous drop. Play only in special events with 2x or more battle funds will help. If you don't mind giving up your holidays to play this game, I think Christmas time is also a good period to move up a notch in the ranking.

Think you must be right about the drone bit. i aimed for top 100 and i made it. it was my main goal with that account and now it is on the shelf as i refuse to play it with these overdrives still in the game. Not just overdrives but everything else that has been altered/adjusted,i was playing on a low rank acc until they brought out that xp/cry ratio favouring the xp so now all i do are my missions and exit the game.
