Question

So recently I was hacked, and the hacker used my crystals and bought useless items. I contacted tanki and they gave my account back, however when I gave the application for crystals, I didn't get them back because 'All purchases weren't made by the hacker, according to the game logs, they were made by the account owner.' 'According to the checks we made, crystals haven't disappeared from your account, they were spent on purchasing items by the owner of the account. Crystals can't be returned.
We don't return crystals if purchases were done by your friends or relatives. The security of your tank depends on your actions.'

Firstly, I find this very unfair, I didn't spend the crystals. I asked again and they ignored it.

I now want to refund and have my account blocked, how do I go about doing this?

Also, if payments were made from multiple bank accounts/cards, will the money be returned to each respectively?

I didn't give my pw to anyone. The hacker soehow accesed my account, and he spent it, so it wasn't the same ip. Maybe he used a VPN but I can't do anything about that

If he access your tanki account he also accessed your computer. I would worry more about the later.
