My Friend's account got deleted

My friend was telling me that he is unable to login into his tanki online account. His name was- WAS56 and he had all the turrets and hulls upto level MK-2

please help me find his account.

Check if the nickname of the account you're talking about is correct, also check if the nickname was changed due to inactivity. So please tell them to log in with that name and their old password, their acc probably got name changed due to inactivity, BTW , ask them if they have a email connected in that account, i am sure there would be a email about the name change from Tanki. they could probably ask the support for a name change through that.

Nope, no probs, ask them to connect a email (if they want) and to use this Form asking for a name change to their fav name after checking the  Nickname availability

Tell him to enter r_was564 along with his password. His name was changed to that due to inactivity.

The username change from WAS564 to r_WAS564 is because he was inactive. What he needs to do is connect an Email and change his nickname. 

Then you can use to log in using the newly changed user and  the old password. If you have already connected an email then check for a link send by Tanki and click and change your name back to WAS564

If you want to log in to your account right now , then Use the nickname : r_WAS564 ,and type in your old password.

• For accounts that have been used to purchase crystals, the minimum period of inactivity is extended to 3 years from the date of the last purchase, regardless of the account’s rank.

 

Has this rule changed now that it takes TankCoins to purchase crystals? Or are the purchase of TankCoins now the trigger of resetting the 3-year expiration clock? Or is it now if anything was brought in the shop for cash? Please clarify. Thanks!
