•Complaint about RU1 Lobby Chat

 

 

RU1 lobby chat is full of Spammers,Gold Beggars and Gold Diggers.Its laggy as well.It's almost Impossible for normal players to Chat in RU1 lobby now Because of too much spamming.It takes time to send a short message to your Friend while using RU1 Lobby.Youtube channels are being advertised and youtubers ask for subscribes by tricking others with a goldbox supply.

 

There are no Moderators in RU1 who should stop spamming.When the Goldbox supply was released there were countless spammers and we saw Bans and Stopped chat as well.But now,everyone beg for gold by using "+" and they spam.There are no more bans or Chat Stopage.

What I'm trying to say is that Spammers should be banned from chat as it has ruined RU1 lobby.Not only they spam for gold but they insult admins too.We can not report all the time.Its the Duty of Chat Moderators to look after the Servers.Their performance might be good in other servers but in my view their performance in RU1 is Zero.Please try to resolve the issue ASAP so that we can Chat calmly with our Friend's in RU1.

Note: The complaint is just about RU1 because its the most Famous server.There should be 2-3 Moderators so it could be looked after 24/7.

Have you watched today's V-LOG? There are a couple of really nice updates coming.

I feel your pain, but it's not as easy as you think. Spammers have many ways to go around the system. But I assure you that the Chat Mods are doing their best.

 

What would really help at this point is if everyone collaborated, especially with the Gold Box spamming. If you see someone promising a gold box, don't ping them back. They're probably lying anyway or simply trying to take advantage of you.

wow i had to refresh and when i came back he was gone because of timer. noob mods  never join they only join when more than 8 ppl vote and tht too they mostly come after battle finishes, why invent a vote system whts the point of even reporting if you dont come i wasted 30 mins and now tht noob mult wont get banned. fix this tanki do something about it

well it helps if they were around and then other times i can see your point.. i have been kicked from battles for no good reason's some were cause of there friends wanted to battle .. or they just don't like me in general so yea i can see both sides of the system some times it works great and other times its not worthy to have

In many cases of live battle violations, moderators aren't able to come on time. This is where we players need to step in and take responsibility by recording our own videos of other players sabotaging our teams.

 

Keep these things in mind the next time you run into a saboteur:

 

-Record a full screen video that is unedited & at least 5 minutes but no longer than 20 minutes - Be sure to press TAB at least once to show the scoreboard of the battle. Also, if the screen recorder (Bandicam) has a watermark over the video, be sure it isn't blocking your nickname, the scoreboard, or any of the players' nickname that are in the battle.

-Upload the video to YouTube, if you do not have a Google account, you can easily create one

-Head over to the Game Violations Section of the Forum and Create a New Topic

-Put the topic title as the nickname of the violator, and in the main text box, specify the violation, and also paste the link from the video you uploaded to YouTube

 

An extra note to keep in mind, please don't delete your video until a month has passed after the report has been dealt with.

 

Also, if you are in need of a screen recorder, Bandicam (Free) is a good choice for recording game violations.
