Taking away our partially completed holiday missions was a miserable, miserly move.  

 

It's like Santa Claus taking back a toy because you didn't play with it 'enough'.

 

What's hurting this game is a grasping, ungenerous attitude.

Dont really see an issue here. They are special missions for the celebrations/holiday so why should they stay past the holiday? It is also clearly mentioned in the announcement that you must claim your rewards before the event ends.

I had been noticeing for a quite time that gold drop rate has gone down for last 2-3 week. I mean gold are droping after 20k fund in xp/bp battle and hardly in non pro battle

Since Golds are random in general, personally I didn't encounter this in the battles I played, I have seen Golds dropping for quite some time, sometimes even one after another so I guess part of it is your luck. :)

tsy - I believe you but at my rank I have never seen it and I have been here a long time.

I started this game at the end of march this year and have avanced through the ranks pretty quickly and this is what i have observed. at low ranks I never ever see chat mods in battles, there's cursing in every battle but nothing ever happens, only people who get banned are for flooding, which is automatic. but, battle mods are everywhere, so much so that mults happen very rarely. at higher ranks i keep seeing people get banned right after they curse, yet multing happens in 1 out of 3 battles and i haven't seen someone get removed for a few months already. not since i was captain

 

i used to curse in every battle but only got my first ban at brigadier... then about a month later i got banned again, both were in high ranked battles. this means that after 6 months of daily cursing i finally got found? and then again so soon? no, it's because chat mods only lurk in high ranked battles while battle mods only lurk in low ranked ones.

Maybe so. A Russian mod banned me from chat for 30 days twice for nothing. Don't even bother trying to get anyone to explain to you why you were banned from the Russian side they won't even answer a pm. The Russians run this game and they do exactly what they want. And that includes giving every advantage to the Russian players. Ever see anyone not Russian win a contest? Russians buy at half the price we pay for crystals and equipment. Then when one of them cheats they do nothing.

well, i've seen non russians win contests, yes. didn't team international beat team russia? and russians don't really get it for half price, they get things at 33-40% price actually ;). the polish are the ones getting stuff at half price. and talking about advantages no one gets more than the chinese. they have 50% off everything once a month.  for them every end of the month is like our chrismas.

I'm having issues with mines after the server restart on the client, I drop a mine the mine doesn't appear.

Even when the mines are not on cooldown, or smart cooldown.

Disable overdrive at low ranks

 

It's an absolute joke because only the long term players know what overdrive is and how to  use it the rest of the players just get rekt constantly. there is no balance at all because of NOOB op skill-less druggers exploiting supplies and overdrive.

You can already disable it :P Just buy PRO pass and create/play battles with overdrives off :)

Noob. New players dont know of pro pass and dont have the crystals to purchase

This seems to be a standard response so I'll provide one as well...

 

You can't do missions in Pro-Battles.

 

so... does not solve the issue of new players not understanding how it works when in normal battle mode.

um, what's happening? somehow I'm already using the HTML5 version... and i have a problem with this html5: it seems that the keyboard controls are configured according to the positions of the english keyboard... so when i type "w" for example, it shows "z" because my keyboard is french.

update: and this is definately a lot laggier, even more than during match making.

update: the in game graphics are like pac man, i can't believe it. is this only happening to me? am i dreaming?

am i the only one using the html5?? because i don't see anyone talking about it at all. and none of my friends who speak english o french are online so i can't ask any of them. it's not possible to play like this, after 1 second i lag out of the game, i refresh and come back only to find i have 2 deaths... then 5 seconds later it freezes and my computer tells me it's not responding and asks if i want to force stop the script

If you are playing the browser version of Tanki on our site and you're past Recruit, you should not encounter HTML5.

 

HTML5 version could be loaded for a limited number of new players on tankionline.com, or for our external partners.

Strange, can you post a screenshot? It's not supposed to be out. Tanki still uses Flash for me.

oh, so the same thing happened to the guy spamming the battle chat with astericked words yesterday, how interesting.

 

it's completely unplayable like this. I doubt i'll be able to complete my missions tomorrow if it stays the same. I don't want to break my mission chain.

Please clear your cache and reload the page, you should be back to the Flash version.

 

HTML5 is limited to a very few external partners and only to new players, for a short time.

 

If you will still get HTML5, please send the details and screenshots to me, personally.

i already did that a couple times but it's still html5 all the time. it's the same on my spanish account on the spanish server. I'll start sending those screenshots. oh and i saw the ping reach 1134! that's not possible in flash...
