What is Cold Resistant Augmentation

I just won "Cold Resistant Augmentation".  So what is it and where can I find it?  Thanks for helping me!

Cold Resistance protects your tank from the effect of cold, making it harder to slow your tank down. You can find it in the garage, click on the hull you got the augment for and click on "alterations"

It is an Augment for hull, find here what they do. What are Hull Augments?
It only fit one specific hull, so you need to remember which hull is was assigned to. So check each hull you have in your garage and look for the Alteration/Augment box which looks like that: .

 cold resistant augment looks like that. Once equipped it partially protects (50%) your tank from the effect of cold and makes it harder to slow down. Beware that it does not remove the direct damage from Freeze. However it also reduces the cold effect of the super freezing Shock freeze , and cold of other Turret Augment like Cryo rounds
 from Smoky, and last but not least, from the Dictator's Overdrive (if you are within the radius of an opponent using this Overdrive).
