You've just bought something stupid with your crystals. Now what?

________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Well, it's time to beg Customer Service to bring it back! Just take a look at the task below.

akc036P.png?1 Task:

You've just earned a good pile of crystals. But while you're browsing the garage, your mouse seems to have a mind of its own; you click on something useless (*cough* Mammoth Mk3, Mines, Batteries, Miner Drone), and instead of cancelling the selection, you *accidentally* buy it! Now what? You need to petition the Tanki Customer Service to give you back your crystals. How? By writing the most believable and humourous story ever. Of course, this is a joke, if you do accidentally buy something, you cannot do something like this. You just live with it.

If you're unsure what to write, check out this example: (sorry this one isn't the greatest, I wrote it in five minutes)

Spoiler

Hello Tanki Online,

The other day, I lost my crystals because I accidentally bought the Miner Drone. You see, I wanted to save up for the big sales for Christmas and New Year (just six months away) and at the moment, I had just reached a huge milestone of 100,000 crystals. I remembered how I really wanted to treat myself, and so I went to buy myself the Saboteur Drone. Thankfully, I could afford it. What I didn't notice was that I was actually on the Miner Drone, and so I bought it. The next battle, I tried it out. Instead of a lot of extra mines, I just laid ONE mine!! I couldn't believe it; I nearly broke my laptop after that (you could pay for the broken mouse, perhaps)! Saboteur actually cost more than 100,000 crystals and I had bought the wrong drone, which put such a huge dent in my savings for Saboteur. I had promised my clan's Supreme Commander that I would have Saboteur before I ranked up to Legend 13 and I'm almost there. I might get kicked from my clan. Please help, Tanki Online. I really need my crystals back (and my mouse too, but first give my crystals).

Does it have to be about "accidentally buying something", or can it also be about "buying something but then realizing you didn't need it"?

Whatever it is, ultimately you don't want it and you regret your action. You simply have to ask for a refund, and the story has to be "believable and humorous". How will you attempt to convince Customer Service?

I personally think that one cannot convince Customer Service by saying, "I intentionally bought this item and now I don't need it".  ?

Lol, I was thinking of something like:

"I bought the Lifeguard Drone, but now I just learned it requires Repair Kits to work, and I only have 15 repair kits left."

"You see, sir, I only bought the drone to help with this one parkour stunt. But now that I've done the parkour stunt, I do not need the drone."

I'm not sure if my story was 100% believable but it is definitely very humorous :)

I remember trying to retract a purchase on my older @Mrs.Nibbles account back in the day, this contest sounds like a fun way to work on my persuasion skills related to that (for when I create a time machine, and can use those skills at that point)

cough this topic has been around for a long while... ?
