Customer Service Info.

I recently asked about a problem I had concerning losing crystals, experience, and stars for the Challenge. I had gotten all my lost things back with the help of Customer Service. I gave them a 5-star review.

• Can you tell me all the things Customer Service can, or is able to do?
• Is Customer Service made up of Helpers of the Game?
• Let's say I have a Skin in my account. Can I ask Customer Service to take away a skin that I don't want, and then ask to trade in another skin that I want? Are they able to do that?

1) Shortly put - everything.

2) No. They are the game's employees (technical support specialists).

3) Such requests are not possible, and will not be considered.

You can not trade or change skins into another ones. That would be unfair to a lot of players that do not get their required skin. 

You can keep completing the Battle pass challenges and unlock skin containers to get more skins.
