But I think you are referring to this post: 

This post has a star symbol on the top-right corner. This is because Sacrifice has "recommended" this post to readers. Scroll to the top of the page, and you'll see the same message there, saying that this "post is recommended by Sacrifice".

Sacrifice is a Forum Moderator, so he can highlight such posts by "recommending" them. Also, I believe Newspaper Reporters can recommend posts in the Newspaper section.

Oh its not posting a message in the topic, its more like 'recommending a post'. Many players were confused about the fact that the ideas submitted in the contest would be given to developers, but vikings made it clear and gave the right insight on the matter. So I recommended his post.

I'm still finding it difficult to get used to 15 reactions per day... on SHREYA88 I had 40 reactions per day, thanks to being in Advanced group.

I really hope I reach 100 posts on this account soon, and that the 30 days fly past.

P.S. For those of you who don't know, Venerable and SHREYA88 are both my accounts, and I intend to replace SHREYA88 almost completely by Venerable on the Forum.

Winners haven't been announced yet. If they aren't announced later today, then I believe they'll be announced next Friday.
