This can be called the Recruit drone.

Pros:

• can be used by any tanker at any time, after they are available to buy at the lowest rank (like Brutus).

• will NOT cost/consume batteries!
• can use it as a back up while they are low on batteries and are saving.

Cons:

• will spend a large sum of Crystals leveling this drone up (like Hyperion's or Crisis' price of 3 million Crystals).
• no supply reload speed reduction after using any supply. (regular reload speed of supplies.)
• will consume ONE extra kind of supply, that is used.
• will be available at the same rank as Brutus. Brutus costs 1,000 Crystals to buy. Recruit can cost Tankoins (maybe 500) to buy!

Drone Effects:

• Additional damage: 3%
• Additional protection: 3%

Maybe, if you want to include all these (to make it "Special"):

• Additional damage power: 7%
• Additional armor power: 10%
• Additional speed: 5%
• Lays a max. of 2 more mines around the field (your mine plus 2 more is 3 mines each time) 

Maybe/Maybe Not include, or alter this one:

• when activating any supply (except mines), it spreads effect to other tankers in radius (gives them their regular supply plus their drone's effect).

This drone seems mainly aimed at lower ranked tankers but its effects do not seem worth it. 3% damage and 3% protection really isn't much, it would be better to just get the Brutus drone. If you were going to have these "Special" features then it would be a bit unbalanced as other drones that give similar boosts, like Hyperion, consume other supplies of the same type. 3 million crystals is also an extortionate amount and isn't worth the value for money.

@GG_reg I know, but this drone would have a little bit from other drones, making it special to use. Plus, it won't cost batteries to use.

Tankers will spend money to get the Crystals and currency they need to upgrade the drone.

The drone will consume some supplies less than other drones, but can do it for any supply. The tankers will need to buy more supplies either with money, tankoins, or crystals.

This drone could bring a boost to the economy, as it will make tankers buy supplies for it, and make them buy containers to get Crystals for upgrade.

3% isn't much but the special stuff makes the drone better, as they give other small stuff.

This drone feels like it is for lower ranks, but it will be useful for higher ranks as well. As high ranked players also won't have batteries to use. so they could use Recruit as a backup while they are getting more supplies.

It is better than Brutus because it gives other boosts and effects along with just 3% damage and protection.
