Not able to login into my account

Hi i joined a xpbp format battle and it was forever loading on the client. So i closed it and tried to ope it again but now i cant even login into my account it keeps on loading in flash and html5 both. I even cleared the cache  but nothing is happening. Any solutions?

Its possibly trying to load you in the same battle which may be glitched, give it a few minutes so you get removed from the battle for inactivity and try again.

If not, try a different browser.

Try clearing your client's cache [More info]. Sometimes you just have to wait a few hours and you will be able to enter your account again.

It's most likely because you might have a slow Internet connection, If you download the client for the very first time or clear It's cache, It essentially deletes all the game files and refreshes the client and thus when you launch the client, It starts downloading the game files which could take take some time if you have slow Internet but usually doesn't take all that long. In case the loading takes way too long, please try to play the game via the Web version.
