Question

I have posted something onto the AWS that I do not want approved. Is there a way for me to delete it? I have already deleted the text but the title and stuff is still there. If there is a way, could you please tell me how to do it? Really sorry, but I have ironically posted TWO copies of this question. Please do not bother answering both.

Thanks

After you reach certain Reputation you can hide your posts.. also the topics in that section are pre-moderated so the moderator there will see your topic and basically understand

It's not when you reach a certain reputation. You need to be active on the Forum for 30 days, and have 100 posts. Posts in the Forum Games section do not count towards the post-count. You then reach the "Advanced" forum group. For more information, check out Forum Groups on the Wiki.

@tankicola, I believe you haven't crossed 100 posts yet. Do so ASAP (without spamming, of course xD), and you'll be able to hide your posts. However, there's no point in hiding posts in the AWS as Reporters can anyway see hidden posts in that section, as far as I know. It's best to contact a Newspaper Reporter via Forum PM and let him know your problem. Among Reporters, it's better to contact Person_Random, as he has been actively approving articles in the AWS.

Another good option is to edit your article before it gets approved, and add a massive disclaimer/note at the very top, in red color (preferably), or any other eye-catching color, and mention that you have posted the article accidentally. Add any other information you deem necessary. Make it BOLD or ITALIC or UNDERLINED or all at once. Your choice! ?

Hi,

You can edit your post and we'll approve it at a later date (when you are finished, just comment that you are done) or ask in PM for it to be removed, whichever is more convenient for you.

Thanks for letting us know; if you have any AWS questions in future, feel free to ask me anytime!
