There are so many causes for 504 errors within this Forum, and it makes some things literally impossible to do, and one is opening/sending Forum PMs.

My suggestion to this issue: Move Forum PMs to their own website. By moving it to its own website, it won't ever crash, but it will work just the same way as intended before.

When I was a Helper, I received several Forum PMs each day with questions regarding my work, and I had so many issues responding to them because of 504 errors, and I know other Helpers and Players alike have the same issues. There needs to be a fix to this problem.

I have to admit it is very annoying to deal with errors within the Forum, especially while doing my duties as a Helper so I understand the point behind the idea. However, the forum should be a place where you can discuss with other players publicly and privately, so there is no point in moving Forum PMs to their own website because those PMs would not be "Forum PMs" anymore. Many unexperienced forum users would be completely lost and on top of that, creating a new website just for PMs would take too much resources and time while there are better alternatives, like Discord.

I kinda disagree. Recently something happens between me and an admin I wanted to complain. Well, I was trying to PM the CM  but I was getting errors always. Plus I can't DM him on discord because he has his DM's closed so better fix those errors or move the PM somewhere else. Plus I tried to contact a head admin today on discord but I couldn't because he has his DM's closed. Also I couldn't  PM him on forum because of the errors. But it took me like 40 minutes to finally PM the head admin. But still is annoying

I understand your situation, something should be done about Forum PMs but a new website just for PMs seems a bit odd to me.

Well is there any way to fix those errors? because fr they are getting very annoying. I tried like 10 times to PM those 2 people but I was getting those errors (Atleast I PM the head admin).Yes I'm not going to send any PM at those hours, but those erros need to be fixed.

Maybe the game pay for the forum's host a 3$ per month, or taking the free plan, so servers are horrible lagging

Yes, but specifically talking about bans, you are supposed to contact the Administrator of the group via Forum PM that gave you the ban if you have any questions, but you ultimately can't PM them, so you might think to try Discord, but most Admins have their DMs off...

If you get an error while using PM, just try again in a couple hours. Like Spy said, these errors are quite consistent and periodic, so you can just "wait it out".

Sadly every forums are crashing, I don't think that it would change anything. I mean there is no perfect forum that never crash
