Can't load game.

No matter how much I try I can't get into the game.This includes both browser version and html5 player.I ran the winmtr as html5 player suggest to do and the results are below:

This article refers to Stand Alone Flash player which is no longer available.I use the html stand alone player.I didn't have these problems with flash player.

I know that it doesn't support flash.That's why I am forced to use html player but I can't get in the game.

Try to re-download the client.

Try to open the game in incognito window if it works then it's a cache problem.

To clean up the cache

1. Open Tankionline's website
2. Press F12
3. Right click on reload icon and choose "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"

Do you get the error "Failed to join battle" before this happens? If yes, it means that your account is basically stuck in a battle it actually isn't in anymore. I don't know any fixes, but you either have to wait for the battle to be over or for the servers to restart. Happens to me quite often

Hello, sometimes after clearing the cache and SO you need to restart your computer. If it doesn't load after that , then you should repeat clearing the cache and SO, as well as increase the cache of the browser that you use to search for information and entertainment. After again restart computer, if does not boot again, then again restart the computer and change the wifi home phone Internet using Internet sharing from your phone over wifi or through a cable connected phone do from the phone modem. After that, everything should work for you.

No, I don't get this error.I click on the play button,seconds are counting and then I get a grey screen  or a phto with a tank and a running bar which indicates that the game tries to load but nothing happens.

I did that but the problem still remains.

So if none of the solutions mentioned above helped, contact the Tech Support and tell them in detail about your problem (add photos / videos that will really help solve the problem).
