(and yes ik a lemon with a connected wire and nail can create a battery, but they arent connected)

No. The answer should have the number of the day (For 1st day  - number 1 , for 2nd - number 2 etc.) It should'nt be connected with the past

ohhhh, i just re-checked the rules, it said "This year’s edition of the GAME will feature a «Blast to the Past» theme. We really hope that you enjoy it!", i was thinking that it said answers would be past themed.....my bad lol

I just want to say i DID NOT participate in the Game Quest at all because i wasn't convinced of the answers. For example, the last picture put a radiator and a lemon battery and the suggested answer was battery. I could not understand why would that be since there was a heater/radiator. i just find this intellectually stimulating.

Well... beacuse the heater is also called in russian "батарея "  :))
