i have not been able to   login for a day . i got a partial login as i was able to see the main page but  it crashed when i clicked on garage?

• Use another browser
• Re-download the client
• Delete useless files from your PC.

If nothing works, I advise you to consult with the Tech Support.

nothing to screenshot really all i get is this message "ControlChannelDisconnectException" and the time  it worked a few hours ago and I got to click on garage and it crashed it changed to a black screen.

 "ControlChannelDisconnectException" error in most of cases happens because of slow or unstable internet connection, try to restart your wifi.

You can play Tanki either on a browser (like Firefox, Google Chrome, ...), or by downloading the client on the home page

if you're sure that your wifi connection is working fine so try to wait some hours and then try to join the game, it should work out.

There is a lot of problems when I try to log into some posts on the Forum and a lot of lags on the eSports page.

אחשלי תודה על העצה המקצועית. אבל כל מה שאמרת פה כבר עשיתי ברגע הראשון, ניקיתי את המטמון, השתמשתי בכמה דפדפנים שונים. בנוגע למשחק עצמו אין לי בעיה. בקטע של האיספורטס עזרת לי מאוד. לגבי האנטרנט יש לי אנטרנט של בזק טס כמו טיל ביחס  לחבילה משפחתית פה בארץ. הפורום פשוט איטי מאוד מאוד כנראה מעודף פוסטים שהצטברו עם השנים זה לא באמת קשור למכשיר שלי, כי זה קרה לי מכמה מכשירים שונים (כולל הטלפון שלי) וכמה רשתות שונות. לכן אני מעריך שזה בעיה באתר עצמו. בכל מקרה תודה על הרצון הטוב והסיוע התמידי ❤❤. המשך יום טוב

It is not visible with a message displayed in red "Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Try now"

The same issue is also with my two accounts but one account is still working fine. Also this is not first time it has happened, it is being observed by my since the time tanki is shifted from flash to HTML5 after every 2 or 3 weeks. Things are in control by these developers/ programmers since long. Also there are issues with crystals and supplies you held. I have lost 80k crytals two times in last one month and no body gives any reply. Only machine replies. Now I don't waste my time for complaining / asking. I think its better to play for a short time to enjoy but don't take it seriously and forget about crystals/ supplies. May be time to shift to some other game.

thank you. it is very strange from one minute to the other it sudenly stoped working. it was excactly after i got premium ( and with that i got critical errors) . my other acount is just fine. its very anoying as i got a new record of earnded xp like 250 000 in 3 days ( my last record was 150 000 2 weeks ago) but i want to know exactly.

10 years ago it took me a week to get like 30 000 xp

luckly i didnt lose my 250 000 cry

uninstaled ian reinstaled client

and  my computer far exeeds the minimum reqirements to play tanki?
