Hello!

It is not possible to get a refund of the real money, you have spent in the game. You can contact the Tech Support, but I am positive that you will not get any refund of real money.

Above all, refunding is an offense as it is a violation of Game Rules point 2.1.6

Unfortunately, no. As Legends mentioned, once you threw dollars to devs, it's theirs now.

Oh and one more thing: any attempt of refunding is a bannable offense.

I think for anyone who have payed $ in Tanki before more than one month before the banned in Belgium/Netherlands maybe it's something equivalent that you played one month

But for anyone who payed before the banned in less than week/2 weeks, Tanki should refund them.

Especially while Tanki in real have many solutions like Banning the containers from these two countries.. Maybe someone will say look Asem BE/NL are who start to block the game and it's not Tanki's wrong so they haven't to blame Tanki..

But I will respond that gambling is a prohibited approximately in every single country in the world even in Russia(Tanki headquarter), but the difference maybe some countries doesn't have stresses in internet content or games gambling. But it seems BE/NL have a stressing on this (I hope my country also).

@EternalGlory Due to the random nature of the rewards found in these loot boxes, they have come under scrutiny as gambling devices. Countries like Belgium and China have outlawed loot boxes in major video games, whereas countries like the United Kingdom and the United States still allow the practice

you can google

ok, but what to players was having free advantage of these boxes or? What have in these loot boxes in tanki online? I didn`t find anything on google for tanki online loot boxes sry...
