I checked the Helper site and I couldn't find an age requirement for forum mods.

The minimum age required is 16. See there is no minimum age in particular. We don't obviously hire 6 year olds or like that. So one of my Administrators told that it is around 16. All depends on the person and his history in the game and forum.

Nothing. There isn't much of an improvement/impact, unless you are planning to use Bitcoins to pay of course.
