They also can increase its hammer landing range ,for example let players to choose where they want to BO-NK hammer lands by Holding space

Players should stop making assumptions that B0-NK will be released to the main game as a new turret, the developers did not suggest anywhere that this will happen, B0-NK is simply a fun and a joke turret for the Arms Race special event - you can even tell that from its weird name. It was meant to be a surprise and a joke, and it fulfilled its role.

It will only be available in Arms Race, or perhaps in other special modes - if players decide they like it so much then maybe they might consider adding it, to be honest I am not sure that that would be a good idea - but who knows in the future. But as of now, B0-NK only appears in the Arms Race mode, and that is all the developers have ever suggested that will ever happen with B0-NK. It is not a new turret, and this has not been suggested at all.

Tesla is one of the most OP turrets in the game in my opinion . I recently played a Noise CTF and there was 1 or 2 thugs with Tesla sending some balls of plasma or somethin down to the red base and we would be dead in 3 seconds.

The only way to stop them in current meta is using Mk8 weasel otherwise no chance against their insane dmg.

Tesla is fine for me. However, I do admit that for some players it is not a fair turret. It is a question of opinion for me.

Actually, he doesn't even aware he is wrong the whole time. He tried to justify that with all sort of reasons, although none of those actually make sense.

I do understand that when attacking only one enemy makes it frustrating for only one enemy to not have a change to destroy you, but that overpowering problem will need to be accepted by players because Tesla is mostly intended to damage multiple enemies at once, rather than destroying only one enemy head on. You players must accept that way Tesla works because that's how this turret is intended to function like.

Please be aware and understand that the internal game mechanics of Tesla is very different from all other turrets in Tanki Online, so Tesla needs to pack quite a punch of damage to succeed in its ability to deal enough damage to damage and destroy enemies.

With all the above being said, please do not complain anymore that Tesla is overpowered, because in theory, it is not overpowered. It just needs to maintain enough damage power to be effective when dealing damage to multiple enemies. Making Tesla weaker would ruin this turret, so lets leave it the way it is. In my opinion, it is balanced.

Please do not nerf Tesla. This turret is fine. I have used and tested Tesla on the test servers so it is fine.

Well, I once saw a Tesla player who for some reasons never shoot lightning ball and produce chain lightning. So when I attack him out of melee range he just sit there looking at me (it was siege mode and he was trying to cap the point).

 

So I guess ranged turret + lack of intelligent/experience Tesla player also works.

There is a reason for that. Riddler is, "special", kind of. You can ask any mods if you like to know more about that.

Of course, it will be another story on whether they want to tell you about that or not, and whether it makes sense of them to be that protective despite with all those reasons.

We are only three days away from June 30th. I cannot wait for that faithful day when we get the announcement for the official garage release of Tesla. In the meantime, keep posting any comments, ideas and suggestions you may have about the Tesla turret here in this thread.

Calling someone "special", or suggesting such thing is unrelated to the topic and it's also an aggresive behaviour towards a person.

Some need to relax and not take things personally.

Others need to put themselves in other people's shoes to better understand a disagreement.

In regards to balance, I think they pretty much have an idea of what is OP and what is UP, because they have the numbers or they'll get the numbers sooner or later. Complaints can help them see players' sentiments, but devs will decide based on various aspects, including monetary income from players.

I’ve pretty much only used Tesla since getting it and i do think it needs a nerf. 
You end of making kills by accident with it, you shoot the ball, spam spacebar and end up killing someone who you didn’t see behind you. 
I don’t think the nerf will happen upon release though, I think devs will give it at least 2 weeks then will do it.

Tesla's damage does not need any nerf. The only suitable thing to do would be to add some cooldowns to Tesla because Tesla does not have any reload time. That would be more suitable to do. However, Tesla is a close range turret so it needs to be strong enough to be effective.
