Yes, pretty much. Although I still got Crisis and other good rewards on my main just because I do the Special events often, and it is very likely that I'll land on something good eventually. I was basically trying to say that Ultra Container rewards are definitely better than normal containers as opposed to what some people claim, and I can verify that from experience - although you don't get lucky every time. But you almost certainly will, sometimes.

UC are definitely better. Yet, from my experience, the chance of getting an exotic from UC is about 1%. That means it is 0.1% for normal containers if the devs are not lying.

 

That's an improvement from garbage, to a little better than garbage.

Ouch :( Well hopefully your luck will be in at some point lol. You haven't gotten any legendaries (other than paints) from Ultras? If so that is super bad luck, so far on this account I think I have 3 AP augments, EMP Gauss and Stun Smoky as far as Ultra exclusive augments go, as well as Ares and Hornet Jammer immunity. All free to play Ultras. And of course the Crisis, as well as Hopper XT and the shot effect for Vulcan. The best regular container reward I have received other than augments is 100k crystals on this account I think (I regard that as better than any Legendary paint, of course).

I think the rates are fairly different, tanki doesn't even disclose the actual rates regardless
