Gold boxes not dropping

Why can't I drop my gold boxes in battle list? I tried on multiple accounts and it wont let me drop the gold boxes.

If you refer to pro battles, gold boxes may have been disabled in the battles you were playing in (it's possible that you were playing in parkour battles which have a bug with gold boxes)

You can drop gold boxes only when you are in a battle. So what exactly is your question?

No I wasn't playing parkour. I created a private battle joined and tried to use my gold boxes but they wouldn't drop. all of my other supplies worked and gold boxes were enabled.

That's the problem I can't drop my golds in a battle.

@thebest23 Please check if you haven't already used your golds. If you can't record a video that we won't be able to help you with your problem :)

Maybe you changed your gold box keybind, check your settings.

In the Battle List? So in the Pro Battles section?

I think the Maps you play there may have Gold Boxes and other supplies, as well as Overdrives, disabled. They could even have a specific combination necessary in order to join.

This is why you might not be able to drop Gold Boxes there.

 

If you want to drop Gold Boxes, and if you have some in your Garage in the "Supplies" Section, then you need to go to the Match-Making Battles and drop there.

Click on "Quick Battle" which is a fast way to get into a MM battle.

 

Also important: Make sure to check your Keyboard section in the Settings, to see if you are pressing the correct key to drop Gold Boxes!

There's a bug with private parkour battles where it's impossible to drop Gold Boxes. I don't remember how to get around it but you need to check/uncheck specific settings if I remember correctly.

If you change the format to parkour and do not change any setting afterwards it will allow you to drop golds.

New development!!! I can drop my golds in a non-private battle. idk why it wnt work in a private battle though

I did all of that (except for dropping in mm im not great at catching golds :D) i even switched the drop key incase 6 was broken lol
