problem with change password and mail , help me please :(

when i am pressing that i forget pasword it's saying "enter the valid e-mail address and when i am entering it and pressing send.. it's saying that the mail was sent on ur mail addres but when i am checking the mail it's empty nothing is comming.. from tanki.

aslo i texted moderators on helptankionline but noone is answering so help me what shoul i do ?

Did you checked "spam" too?

1) did you link your account to an email?

2) did you check the spam section in your email?

3) the technical response can take 24 hours, how long did you wait for it?

@Spy sorry mate... but no one is texting me agan, i tryed what u said to me and fill link what u sent to me but nothing. :(((  idk what's going on :( so can u somehow tell them to send me mail for change password ? :(   i do not want to lost this tank :(

Are you sure of the email you submitted in the form? Kindly make sure that you do not make any typo errors with the email while mentioning it in the form.
