I do not work for Microsoft. I only highlighted today as the release date for Windows 11 because Windows 11 has been released on October 5th 2021.

Just now, MysticBlood said:

I don't know if its a good idea to upgrade to windows 11 yet. Ill just wait a little longer.

I personally prefer Windows 10 (Actually, I don't even have Windows 10, I've been using the same Windows 8 laptop for the past 4 or 5 years. But Windows 10 feels like it brought the best of Windows 7 and 8 together so that's why I liked it whenever I did have the chance to use it).

I dunno why Windows 11 changed the start screen location to the middle. It's been perfectly fine being in the bottom left hand corner of the screen for over 20 years. Not that I'm complaining, but it seems like a useless change unless they want to appeal to the new Gen Z users who got used to Chromebooks.

Also, besides the start screen being moved for no reason at all, what other actually "new" things does Windows 11 bring? All I know are that it has the normal optimization fixes, new versions of existing stuff that we could download separately on Windows 8.1 and 10 (before they randomly lose support in a couple years to persuade people to buy Windows 11 computers), and removal of things previously seen in Windows 10.

Windows 7 is still my all-time favorite though. It's a shame HP doesn't make long-lasting computers.

Spoiler

Also, where has Windows 9 been? XD

Enjoy Windows 11, everyone. You will have a better and smoother Tanki Online experience when playing Tanki Online on Windows 11 because this new operating system has much better and optimized performance to run games.

I will upgrade to Windows 11 soon, I hope they got rid of the annoying Windows 10 bloatware. Not really ready for backing up my files.

Didn't like the new Start menu, but I will upgrade for the new whatever it was horrible.

No. There should not be any issues playing Tanki Online on Windows 11. If there are issues playing Tanki Online on Windows 11, then submit feedback and complaints to both Microsoft (Windows 11 Feedback Hub) and the Tanki Online developers.

Tested it for an exact month at that time then returned back to w10 for some months, and I'm now in w11 again and wont back to w10.  It have lesser functionality and more bugs, but greater interface and I like how the standard is white theme not depressed black.  Eventhough I dislike the exaggeration for roundness, really unneeded.
