Tankers!

 

It’s time to practice your evil laugh and scary moves, as our Halloween 2021 celebrations kick off with tomorrow’s server restart. 

 

Here are all the terrifying things we’ve prepared for you. There will be two special modes (one of them is very special), Halloween rockets, discounts, boosted funds and experience, coinboxes and Ultra Containers, 3 valuable special offers, special missions, a themed design, and a festive piggy bank for mobile players.

 

The Halloween 2021 celebrations will start on Friday, October 22nd, at 2:00 AM UTC, and will last until Monday, November 1st, at 2:00 AM UTC. 

 

Discounts

 

The best time for every tanker to make your tank even more powerful is during discounts. This time, enjoy items available at 30% discount.

 

From 2 AM UTC October 22, until 02 UTC October 23:

• 30% sale in the Shop. Applies to crystals, gold boxes, kits, and stars.

From 2 AM UTC October 23, until 02 UTC October 24:

• 30% sale in the Garage. Applies to hulls, turrets, modules, augments, drones, supplies (including batteries), and paints.

From 2 AM UTC October 24, until 02 UTC October 25:

• Sales on Upgrades. 30% off upgrades and 50% off their speed-ups.

 

Special modes

 

The first one is an absolutely new zombie mode! Hordes of the dead will take over Tanki Online!

Dates: Friday, October 22nd 02:00 UTC - Monday, October 25th 02:00 UTC

• Mode: Solo Juggernaut against biomorphic zombies with B0-NKs

• Additional rule: No supplies

• Increased gold box rate

• Maps: Yorkshire Halloween

• Duration: 15 minutes

 

The second one will be the regular Halloween event mode.

Dates: Friday, October 29th 02:00 UTC - Monday, November 1st 02:00 UTC

• Mode: DM

• Additional rule: No drones

• Additional rule: No overdrives

• Additional rule: No rockets, just gold boxes

• Increased gold box rate

• Maps: 3 Halloween maps (no Yorkshire)

• Duration: 15 minutes

 

Ultra Containers

 

Of course, you can't forget about Ultra Containers. You can earn them by completing various special missions, as well as purchasing in the shop.

 

Here are some of the epic prizes you can get from these containers:

 

• The new support hovering «Paladin» hull;

• The following augments for Tesla: «Endothermic lightning», «Armour-piercing discharge», «Jamming discharge», and «Shocking lightning»;

• Exclusive XT skin for Tesla;

• The famous «Crisis» drone and «Armadillo» module;

• Other prizes obtainable from common containers;

 

Coinboxes

 

As usual, coinboxes will be available for purchase in the Shop during the event. If you are lucky enough to get 100 000 Tankoins from them, share a screenshot on the forum!

Special missions

 

You can never have enough Ultra Containers. Complete the special missions to get them and… stars!

 

• Supermission: Hellish Boiler!

• Task: Complete «Undead», «Shapeshifter», «Toad's Trail», «Troll» and «Stone Golem» missions.

• Reward: 10 Ultra Containers and 150 stars

 

• Mission: Undead

• Task: Earn 5000 battle points in TDM mode in matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 1 container and 50 stars

 

• Mission: Shapeshifter

• Task: Use boosted damage 330 times in any matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 1 container and 50 stars

 

• Mission: Toad's Trail

• Task: Use mines 330 times in any matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 1 container and 50 stars

 

• Mission: Troll

• Task: Destroy 130 tanks using short-range turrets (Twins, Ricochet, Hammer) in any matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 1 container and 50 stars

 

• Mission: Stone Golem

• Task: Destroy 130 tanks using heavy hulls (Ares, Titan, Mammoth) in any matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 1 container and 50 stars

Since you increased the price of tankoin bundles, I am not buying anything for money in the shop anymore. This is my way to protest against the greed of TO. So the prices went up, but you lost me as a customer who used to buy occasionally bundles.

Here are some of the prizes from ultras (whatever) that you probably will not get.....EVER.

Crisis, Armadillo, Etc, Etc. Although you probably will get them if you spend copious amounts of cash.

As for the "not" so special bundles, again, copious amounts of cash needed.

Devs laying it on thick as usual.  Got to hand it to them though, they are very good at making you part with your cash, big buyers and the gullible go hand in hand, the devs fav players.

• B0-NK VS the JGR seems fun.

• Sales are like Discount Weekends. Bad, but better than nothing.

• Bundles are awful. Daily Tankoins is a slight redeemer.

• Special Missions. Yeah, no thanks. I’m not wasting loads of my Supplies in the new horrendous battle length just to do your Special Missions, especially locked in a single game mode. For 10 Ultra Containers. 

• Same Rocket Golds. Who would’ve guessed? There actually are rockets.

Pretty underwhelming Halloween. Not excited.
