My account was banned but I never traded it to anyone

Someone had access to my account for a while then I locked everyone out, my account got banned permanently for that. Is there a way

to unban the account? I spent years and a lot of money on the account, is there is any possibility for it to get unbanned I want to give it

a shot. Any help regarding this would be appreciated.

I tried it but they mention that I traded the account, wouldn't that result in a temporary ban instead of a permanent one? I dont see any way to convince them otherwise, I never wanted to trade my account to anyone

Unfortunately, only the Tech Support can return your account back.
