I call this - The Juggernaut Killer 4.0 
Well altho 3.0 was usuable, it has a slight disadvantage of self damage which could be damaging my K/D. 
2.0 and 1.0 was a specter of the past, was pretty darn usuable till the devs made updates to it

What was the 3.0?

Except for  Vulcan, freeze dictator used to be great too, though I haven't played the in weeks now, so don't really know is it's still usable

Was very useful before vulcan crit update. But if the jugg was smart, he would hide from my laser sight and if the jugg is too close, i will self
