1. If I open the 290 containers or 190 containers, will I get the pulsar augment?

2. Already there 4 protection module slot? Are there going to be 3 more protection slot, that is 7 (4+additional 3)  slots?

You can receive the Pulsar augment (for Thunder) by purchasing the Special «Guest of Honor» offer or buy one of the Tanki Fund bundles and hope that the fund will reach level 13. In this case, you'll receive the Pulsar augment for Ricochet.

If you already have all 4 protection slots, you won't get any more additional ones.

Yes. I have purchased the 290 container bundle and unfortunately the level is stuck at 3 and does not seems to move beyond. So not sure I will receive the crisis and armadillo which is the best in the tanki fund pool

Yeah, if the fund reaches the Crisis level, then only you can get crisis from the Tankoin fund. Let's hope for the positive ^^
