Playing with controler using a program

Hello, i downloaded a program named joytokey, and it allows me to play tanki with a controller. Is it allowed to do so? Or i can have my account banned for using third party program?

Like it does not give any battle advantage, it is replace keyboard keys with the controler keys, it is very helpful to play with hovering hulls and use the strafing function with the joystick, also, it can be helpful for people that dont have a good keyboard.

Ps: please ping me to answer as i have some bug to prevent me to check topics, i check them with notifications, i could join this question and answer by luck and clearing cache.

You have to ask Tech Support to see if they allow the system or not, if they have no problem with respect to the application, then you can freely use it.

Better to ask this to Tech Support, tell them the details of the extra application you are using (jotkey) so they can confirm whether it includes under 3rd party or not.

The problem with helptanki is that i know they will respond "it is forbidden to use it" just because it is a third party program. I already asked them if using mouse auto clicker to join battle is forbidden and they told me yes, while it is allowed to use auto clicker, even one admin said it was allowed, and i used it and never got banned. 

To not go deep in the subject they will say something like "we dont recommand you to use these types of programs" so i still don't know if i can or not.

See Tech support deals in these matters, if they later block the account, we and you can do nothing about it, hence any external application conformation should be taken (this is also done in case of VPNs), and I don't think clickers are allowed

Try to create new account and use this program and if you didn't get banned then use it in main acc

Events didn't happen since a long time, and I asked from the admin and higher ups, using clicker is not allowed.

What if the player gets an IP ban or block, better not to indulge in that and ask the Tech Support to be certain whether to use it or not.
