Is this player hacker?

I saw a player on Iran map CP was using hornet with brutus drone and no protection from striker, and i just shoot a critical hit it was 3378 damage and he didn't die?! and after a while i shoot him 2 shoots one with 1754 and anothe one with 1754( he didn't use repair kit) and he didn't die, is this a bug? or is normal

Possibilities are infinity, but the most probable ones - #1: It's Lifeguard not Brutus OR #2: A teammate Shaft healed him OR #3: It's bug/hack.

I think that player might be using Lifeguard drone. If he really did have Brutus he would die from that one critical shot of 3378.  A ally Shaft healing emitters player might be healing him too.

It is impossible to tell without having any visual evidence. Either it is the cases mentioned above or it is you mistaking the drone he was using.

this has happed to me to where i use shaft on some one and i am at mk4-9(?) using bosted damage and brutus and i deal like 4000 dmg and they still survive? i dont know how ecpecisally when they dont' have boosted armor or protection against shaft

Oh sorry, after checking the video I record I saw him using Lifeguard I understand now
