Problems in the game

Hi,

I am facing these problems frequently for some time and want to check whether you are also facing the same:

1. Suddenly turret or hull loose the control and getting message to press escape to gain the control

2. In between the game, when I try to change the protection: a. click on remove the protection, b. load the protection still the protection is not removed or old protection is loaded again. By the time, I try to change all the protection, I am getting message as do you want to proceed to the game.

3. Game loading time is high and some times getting message as reload the game

4. Some times, I destroy lots of hull, but still awarded 0 points or very less points (100 or 150)

5. Even when no one shots me down, the hull blasts as some has one shot me down.

If you have video evidence to support this, then you can submit this strange bug on the topic "Bugs and glitches report" in the forum itself

Try playing in different platforms, for example - if you playing on client, try playing the game in browser and see if the same problem comes over there

SGE is not about getting kills but also capping points, people who cap the points will earn more score

No-damage is bug is common, only solution is to restart the game - happens when you experience high ping. 
Sometimes, the enemy has higher upgraded turret/augment equipped/assault-type drone equipped  which can can easily destroy tanks in one shot regardless of the protection sometimes. Sometimes, you might have been affected by the AP status effect (Armor-piercing) which destroys the protection module and double armor for a short period of time. If your hull is low-graded, that can also be a factor

Here are few reasons for your problems
1st problem - That is a bug encountered once you enter the garage to change equipment. The only way to regain control of your tank is to pause and unpause the game.

3rd and 5th problem - This could be due to high ping. You can try to clear your game cache or restart your net/device

2nd problem - you have to unequip the old protections first before equipping the new one. Else the new prots wont be equipped

4th problem - Depends on the game modes possibly....
