Game is Crashing Frequently

I got a reply from tanki online on game crashing issue which I have raised through mail. They said the issue has been fixed.

Still it is crashing for me even after clearing the cache as suggested by them. Is it happening to you too?

The game crashed when I was collecting the containers. I have to collect 8 containers and on 4th it crashed. Logged in back but other containers gone and got crystals and supplies only for 4. What to do for this?

No compensation this time ? Or we have to take it as a new normal ?

were all having the same issues . for me chrome started yesterday in my last battle. today it freezing as your playing now. for firefox I wont even touch it now seeing it crashes all the time.

I have the same problem but i found it gradually become normal at night and maybe they have done something to fix it.

And I dont think this time they will give us some compensation. ahh

@PL000999111 So you are saying, it is going to be a new normal. System will continue to crash and they cannot give any compensation

I am having similar issues. Will start playing, and things will be fine for a while, then suddenly my ping goes way up and cannot play. I leave and close my browser, clear cache, etc. Try again, then I get the connection error when trying to start a game. Try using VPN through various other countries/servers, same results. It has been very frustrating.

Now the only thing i see is blank screen and not loading!

The game remains non-playable.  I've been trying to play all afternoon and only one battle was not interrupted by a skyrocketing ping that sent all players out of the battle with too long of reloading times to reenter and finish/claim rewards.  Following the directions on tanki's help site didn't change anything.  Only the developers can find an answer to this I suppose. ☹

Servers are just not up to the task when the player numbers go up, which is surprising considering there are not that many players which points to the servers causing the constant crashing.

This has been informed many times . I myself can't enter client for +/-9 days now . I can play in browser , at fps of 30 when i am lucky ( client 130-140 all on ) . The game crashes regularly , and today was another day which i couldn't get in after being thrown out of battle . DDOS attacks are still taking place i think , anyway the subject has been around for a while ...
