How to claim challenges reward ?

In the previous challenges , i have just got 3044 stars and i don't receive any award . In fact , the player having first position consist of 3000 stars . is there any difference ? Or i have made it with a wrong way ? Please can anyone tell me ?

The 3044 stars you got was for the September A challenge, I presume, from 1st to 15th September. That challenge is already over, the first person winning the Crisis XT for that time was BOSS with over 60000 stars. The picture you posted earlier represents the current top 100 players for September B from 16th to 30th of September. The numbers there aren't final numbers, they only show how many stars the players currently earned (the first two days).

The challenge is renewed every two weeks. Which means you have 0 stars from the new challenge that started today and that will last two weeks.

 

If you did not receive the challenge rewards of the previous challenge according to the stars you did earn, please contact help@tankionline.com.

I know but my name is also not in the 100 players of the week . Can any other admin answer me ?

I have just checked your profile, and found that you have received the "Golden Star" paint which was in the previous challenge.

If you are sure that you didn't receive the other silver tiers rewards, Can you just send a screenshot contains your account nickname and the alterations/augments which was in it, as if you didn't receive it, it wont be in your account.

You are not in the TOP 100 because you are not among the TOP 100 players who earnt the most stars, and therefore is not eligible to gain the rewards from there.

You do not get the Crisis XT for completing the challenge (getting to the last Tier). You get Crisis XT for overall highest number of stars earned among all the players. The guy who gotthe Crisis XT earned over 60 000+ stars, so you are quite far away from that mate.

Nope, you need to earn the highest number of stars among all other players.

      What you mean ? Like a players i think the nickname of the player ' BOSS ' who got 66 000 stars , i have to get stars  66 000 + ?? As am right ?

OMG NOOO..... it means that the amount currently displayed there is only the amount those guys earned in the first two days.
