I mean, I would personally expect - and not to sound needy, petty, etc. here - that they will give out a separate, second Token of Apology (provided this downtime due to issues is similar in length of time to that of last week's problems) since they gave it out thinking their efforts to fix the issues had worked, when that evidently is not the case. Unfortunately for people in your same situation, where they have yet to claim the Token of Apology, it might continue to not be possible.

We really appreciate for the "Token of apologies", however the game is down again not even been 24 hours of fixed or claiming the rewards. A lot of us did not even had chance to claim the token. Moreover, these whom collected the token and 10 days premium pass was already activated, 2 days has been already wasted of that premium pass. This is getting really bad that your tech team are unable to fix this DDos or the bug that been there for half a year or more. Now, we have this issue every few weeks where we rarely used to have complete server down. 

Please answer, what we going to do now those whom didn't get to claim and use premium, does it mean we only get the apology token once? where others that have already claimed got lucky. Waiting for your answer. Thank you.

The "game" has NOT been working whenever I check it in the past few days, hence I cannot get the miserable token of apology.

I am not going to waste time every couple of hours to see if you had done your job.

I will come back again in the weekend and I do expect to find on my account a really serious compensations for these prolonged, hefty inconveniencies.

 

And finally - do you job in a proper manner or sell the business to some really competent proprietor !!!

Yeah so when is the next token of apology coming?  

One thing remains set in stone - Tanki devs don't solve problems, even when they say they have. Game "Balance", bug patches, server fixes. Once in a blue moon is even a tiny problem remedied, except with it typically comes a number of other, bigger problems.

The compensation they will have to give will have to be much more substantial than the last one as the last time more or less something could be done while this time everything was closed, we suffered damage in various fields related to each other, for example not being able to do daily tasks we lost lollipops for the event, we lost in the weekly, even in the special, in the general classifications and also lost all the passes bought and this is real money dear gentlemen.

I don't know if the idea of what I meant will be conveyed but not knowing the language I had to use the automatic translator.
