We are finally ready to tell you the long-awaited news — Tanki Online is back!

 

It has been a really challenging time for all tankers and for the developers too. We have been continuously working on getting the game back as soon as possible so you can once again enter the Tanki battlefields. We cannot express in words the amount of work done, but the normal operations of the game servers have been restored!

 

Known problems: New players

 

There are some problems we didn’t manage to solve. These apply to players who created their accounts from August to November this year and didn’t link an email address:

• If you were logged in to the game and had the “Remember password” option enabled, once you enter the game, make sure to link your email;

• If you were not logged in, didn’t have the “Remember password” option enabled, and have no email address linked to your account, to restore access to your account, you need to contact customer support: help@tankionline.com;

• If you were not logged in, didn’t have the “Remember password” option enabled, but you have an email address linked to your account, to restore access you need to click on the “Forgot password” button and set a new password.

 

Known problems: Clans are disabled

 

For a few days after the game’s launch, the “Clans” feature won’t be available for all players. This is a temporary and required measure.

For a few hours after the game’s launch, the “Shop” feature won’t be available for all players. This is a temporary and required measure.

 

A token of apology

 

We've felt your support like never before, thank you very much for it!

As our token of apology for the inconvenience caused recently, we will add a special mission. You can obtain it by going to the "Missions" screen till December 8th, 2 AM UTC. The mission is completed automatically and is available starting from the «Master Sergeant» rank.  

 

Enter the game at the specified time, open the «Missions» screen and click on the «Claim» button to get the following items:

 

• 30 Ultra Containers

• 50 Containers

• 10 Weekly Containers

• 20 days of Premium Pass

• 3000 Stars

• 500 Tankoins 

• 30 lollipops

• 20 days of Daily Tankoins Pass

 

Events

 

We also would like to remind you about the postponing of some in-game events:

• The «Trick-or-Treat» mini-game will now end on December 8th

• Black Friday will take place from December 9th to December 11th (though the discounts will only be on December 9th)

• The «Arcade» event will continue on December 5th and will last till December 26th

• The eSports Tanki Fund resumes on December 10th and will last till December 27th

• The «Loss of Control» event dates will be announced later. Stay tuned!

• The «November B» challenge is prolonged till December 9th.

I do damage only once and then never again EACH BATTLE 

also it doesn't show the damage number above the tank when i shoot at it the first time

I used my containers, my first 60 normal containers worked fine, then i opened the rest and it didn't load onto a page so i pressed the back button and it used my containers but gave me no reward! this also happened wiith the 30 ultra containers i was given. If theres a way you can see my crystal history etc you can see i'm telling the truth.

me too. for me it shows a box saying soon; ofc I logged out to see if it is needed to log in again or not.
