remove 2fa from ingame name : kabriel

Hello,

 

 

First and mostly i'd like 2 apologize 4 making the mistake 2 delete my 2fa codes from my old phone i got a Iphone 13 now, I've contacted Tanki Support and i got a external link which i had 2 click on 2 verify my Ip Address so i could get access 2 the game again. I've missed 2 token of apology's + Demonic Skin Viking Event and now im about 2 miss Black Friday.

 

I haven't played Tanki Online for a while i would humblely request for the 2fa 2 be removed so i can login into my ingame account. I really don't wanna wait 1 more year 2 get another shot at Black Friday.

We cant do anything about your 2fa problem. The only think you can do is to contact support and tell them to remove the 2fa from your account

This is absolutely correct.

@kabriel We don't have the authority to tamper with the settings of your account, let alone reset your 2fa. Kindly contact the Tech Support regarding this, only they have the right means to deal with the issue. Good Luck ^^
