File a Complaint Form against a Chat Moderator/Adminstrator

Hello,

Is there a form I can fill out to file a complaint form against a Chat Moderator/Adminstrator or contact a higher up? My ban from chat was not justified and this chat adminstrator(I am not allowed to publically say who it is) is not cooperating with me. I've sent countless of PM and for whatever reason they are not cooperating. I kept giving countless reasons why my ban was unjustified and why I was allowed to say what I said. Thank you.

For a complaint about a chat moderator you should contact the corresponding chat administrators (see link). If you have an actual complaint about a chat administrator, you should contact one of the head administrators or the community manager. 

There is a section on the forum with all helpers' positions and corresponding helpers and administrators. Best is to have a look at that first if you have further questions.

And yet this is what they only said: "I understand it can get frustrating in battles but this does not justify breaking the rules."

 

Ummm... what if someone who's being so annoying? Why is that I'm banned and they are not. The action taken on me was not justified and for whatever reason that Chat Admin isn't responding or cooperating.

CM is responsible for all EN mods and admins... if he doesn't listen then try contacting a dev... they are usually more active on the RU forum so you'll have to message them there... if even they don't listen then you can try contacting alternativa... and if they don't do anything then you can try hiring a lawyer to sue them.

Sue a game for a chat ban? . Who has that much time and i don't think the terms n conditions allow you to.

Hey, Thanks for replying back, I'm not going to sue this game cause it's already dying and I want to get as much fun in as possible, so that won't be necessary. But just the way how they ban people because of some bad reasons such as "regardless of game rules" is just frustrating and I want to make sure these actions that are done by Mods are concise and real. The Admin banned me just cause "regardless of game rules." And that was not a justifyable answer, so action needs to be taken. I'm also going to try to figure out what right developers to contact. But I will keep updates so future users can know what they can do next as well.

I'm not planning to sue this game cause this game is already dying and like you mentioned I have no time whatsoever let alone typing in this forum. But I do want to make sure that any abuse of power should have consequences. The admin basically told me I was banned just because I was using profanity and I explained reason after reason, PMs after PMs explaining why that was not justifiable. And he replied "regardless it's the games rules and it does not justify your actions." That's not a good explanation cause that dude was being a jerk for several rounds I was with and he purposely letting my team lose everytime. So I hope something can be figured out.
