Recently I have been getting a number of in-game chat bans and it is becoming very annoying. I received 3 one day bans for "provocation". We are not machines, the game puts opponents to beat us head on and we can not celebrate the victory? But that's ok, I accepted it quietly.

However, I received a ban for a week out of the blue! I was very upset and the reason was the same: Provocation.

I thought about starting a forum questioning the reason, since I had not done anything wrong, but I preferred to stay in my own mind

yesterday the one-week ban ended. Finally I was back in the chat. I played some games, finished my missions and left the game. Today I logged in for the first time and went to comment on some game and...? Wow, one more week banned! Without having done anything! This is absurd, what should we do if we can not talk about anything that everything is considered "provocation"? We can't use the chats anymore, is that it? Really very upset about all this

If you really didnt do anything then someone might be logging into your account and getting you banned

Contact a chat administrator, either @DarkOperative or @rommeltanki via PM and they will clear up any doubts you have

anyway, it happen to me too, I got about 3-4 times a week banned, and it make me upset too.

I am active in chat with friends, and sometime just answering people questions about job, where are you from, i got banned.

my question is banning process by human or machine/bot ?
the last time i got banned probably because I mentioned something like this : " I die if my g* open her b*a in from of me and i will have s*x"..

that probably, but the ban before, is only because i answer a question from a man asking about job, we are talking about jobs while playing and banned?
thats weird....

btw, the reason is always insult/provocation..

Same here...  Noobs chat moderators, "words hurt", cry generation. I received 3 chat ban, 3 of 1 week... Same reason of you, by say "noob"...

Currently, there is a basic misunderstanding of the chat rules by the tanki team going on within the world of tanki.

There are some tankers that provoke and insult, flood and use profanity and are not punished by any of the moderators or administrators.

There are even moderators from other servers that come to this one to ban tankers in--what I can only assume--is a personal vendetta against some of the players here. For there really is no reason for them to leave their own server to moderate or play here.

I have proven to marcus, rommel, and dark that an uneven and bias enforcement of the rules takes place--with screen shots of the offending accounts, what they say, and what violation has taken place.

However, those mods/admins seem either unable or unwilling to enforce the rules on those specific accounts.

 

As such, tanki promotes a bullying and unsafe space to speak when rule enforcement is selective to some and not to others.

 

I'm sorry you got banned in the manner you did.

You are not alone in feeling this way.

I got banned for 4 weeks straight reason provocation yeah i did say "this map is trash" and another horrible insults like that i mean what i said there could kill a man!

this week i didn't even say a word in chat doing my dalies and randomly got banned for something (a bunch of russian nonsense as reason) i translated it and its something like "talking about ""nowadays"" politics". bruh i didn't even say a word let alone talk about politics. yeah you got banned for nothing and you'll get banned for nothing even if you don't say a word so just talk all you want. mods will keep saying the same "contact chat admin" non-sense but the chat admins will ghost you lol.

provocation can be so much as saying someones hacking. or really anything tanki doesnt like as usual. i just got offa 7 day chat ban for telling my teamates to watch out cause an enemy was blatantly wall hacking.
