My idea is to implement a chat (Along with general chat and pro-battles) specifically for people who are looking for an answer to their tanki-related questions. I know that in the past, there was a chat for ''new players'' but not only new players have questions. Old players too have some at times, for example, if someone has read the official tanki post for an event but still has some doubts or someone who wants some last advices before spending his crystals during the sales. Anything that is a question and is tanki-related can be asked there and the players themselves can attempt to answer the questions and if they can't, they'll ask mods about them. New players too can use this chat for any questions that they have.

Hey there, the above Idea already sort of exists in the game. You have the online platforms like the Forum and Discord, which can be used to ask queries about the game.

Furthermore, you can very well ask questions in the lobby chat itself, and people knowing the answer will try to help.

New players sure won't have these. It is only after some time that they are acquainted with the social platforms of the game.

Very, VERY often, questions are ignored by those who see them and moreover, many players don't care to read each and every single message of the general chat because most of the time, people are gossiping.

Dedicating a special section to questions might help people out, especially new players. It can also be called "QnA" and there can also be a pop-up notifying the tanker that he can switch between chats.
