game error

today and not only today i have problem with playing game everytime when i click  for example any mode to play time starts runing but never ends .after i restart page its seys error who will take care on this problem?

Impossible to play here in Brazil, no matter how fast the internet is, it's always the same error. Loss of communication with the server. Both through the browser and through the application. Shame on the GAME to lose more and more players.

If you want a quick method that might work, here it is:

1. Press the ''windows'' and the ''r'' keys at the same time.
2. Type %appdata% in the pop-up that appears.
3. Scroll down and look for the file named ''tankionline''
4. Delete the file

You can also try to turn airplane mode on and then turn it off, then connect to your wifi once again.

I forgot to add that right now, tanki online servers are experiencing technical difficulties, so, they can be unstable. Many tankers cannot enter the game currently.

You don't have to predict. All you need to do is to scroll up and read what the big red banner said. Tada!!! I was providing an answer while correcting yours: which is it's not the OP's fault, but Tanki's fault. So, there's nothing he can do on his side to fix it.

 

And if you get lucky enough and manage to get in the game, open the chat and see how many people are talking about it.

I edited my answers to add that there are technical difficulties, thank you for mentioning. However, let the one who were asked  answer the questions. Don't speak for anyone. Moreover, the red banner is here but you never know, it might be that he needs to clear his cache for the game to work properly. I even gave the link that addresses these kinds of problems.

i swear after i posted i tried alot time and finally i went in but it not means problem fixed it didnot happened first time last few day is this problem i saw alot time and  earlyer it was not.from my side no problem i have new windows  .i asked that because i dont know when i again will be against this problem (i hope never but not sure) while i got answer i was keep restarting game because of mission and i went in when was left less than 30 min .
