To add - that will be  me done I think, the next set have the potential to knock me back -50 steps (500 Energy) and whilst I don't mind spending Crystals (including those I got reimbursed for my fully upgraded drones they removed) I fear that this will be unachievable for me....       ...would be good to hear if anyone has completed it and how many steps they took /how much energy was used  overall ?

Ricochet RF with only crystals Used almost 5M though. I had a lot of good luck with the meteors.

Got to Rico RT, took a lot of crystals and some TK though. (the crystals were all f2p, I used the ones from the drone compensation since I have nothing to upgrade)

79 turns so far, the goal is Crusader RT but I don't know how attainable that is (I'm running low on crystals)
It's no big deal though, if Paladin/Rico RT being easier to obtain this year compared to 2022 is any indicator of things to come, next year will be no sweat.

Got a bunch of 1k and mines from cont.

Don't care about Paladin OD alt since i don't use paladin.

RT skins are beyond ugly.

in 45 steps kimura completed paladin rt but in my case 46 steps i am in start of checkpoints  and 3 meteorite remains in path

Apparently Tanki's servers being skeleton-like the past couple days meant that when I took 2 turns in the mini-game yesterday (both of which I had a chance of hitting a meteor unless I moved 3 spaces in one of those moves) I hit BOTH meteors but it only ever showed me hitting one...

I woke up this morning, did my missions, went to take my daily turn, and I was exactly 5 spaces behind where I had left off, seemingly because the mini-game updated when the servers were less faulty to only then correct its own mistake, sending me back without showing the animation of such. I would not have made it to the next checkpoint anyways, so it is not that big of a deal to me, but still very scummy that this occurred.

Only got 3 goback 5step in the game, so spend 3x 600k crystal pack to get extra 9 steps, no step back for all previous level, so very lucky

Now got RT paladin, 

If i need to go RT rico, i need to spend 9.6M crystal if i step every bad movr

Luckiest account managed to reach Checkpoint 4 today in 41 moves. For comparison, another took 43 moves to get to Checkpoint 3. 

 

 

It took me an average of ~18 moves to reach Checkpoint 2 and ~38 moves to reach Checkpoint 3. 

 

Fastest to reach Checkpoint 2 was 12 moves, slowest was 24 moves. Fastest to reach Checkpoint 3 was 30 moves, slowest was 43 moves.

But, there is more event coming

They are crystal hungry as well,

Maybe more economic to just spend 1-3M crystal per event than 9M crystal on 1 event.

As the later stage just way too expensive than actual value

At least it saved me from the dilemma of whether or not to spend crystals on this thing, since I barely started progress towards checkpoint 4 by the time the event was ending.

That's what it is worth if you buy crystals with tank coins, which (1) not many people are actually doing that and (2) any sensible person will know that's a horrible conversion rate.

It doesn't make sense to use that as a measurement of what crystal worth to begin with

Yeah that's not very realistic, it'd be more like:

1 week if you get impossibly lucky with ultra containers

1 month if you get mega lucky with containers

3-4 months if you do nothing but play 24/7

6 months if you play actively with a great amount of luck from containers

1 year of casual playing with some luck from containers

 

That's just the shortest time frame for each of these scenarios.

Surely not. If we assume 40 minutes of playing per day (3 battles, which is usually enough to complete all basic missions), that's 3 weekly containers and 21 normal containers per week, plus about 3000 crystals per day from battles. That's 15k + 10k + 21k per week, which is 56k per week, which is around 18 weeks for a million. And that's being VERY conservative — no gold boxes, no ultra containers, no premium, no special events/missions/challenges, no container rewards >1000 crystals. Realistically, I think it takes about 7 weeks to casually earn 1 million.

Actually it'd be around 48 weeks if your only crystal source was from 3 battles a day 7 days a week if you get 3000 crystals every day. From this this is what your progress would look like:

210k crystals at week 10

420k at week 20

630k at week 30

840k at week 40

1.05m at week 50

So at week 48 that'll be like what? 1.018m crystals?

When we throw in all the other sources, containers being the wild cards that they are. I'd say it'd probably take maybe around 16 weeks on average to get a million.
