Problems with my account security

Question

Hello:

A few days ago I updated the Microsoft Authentication application, where I had the Tankionline authentication on file. Today I needed to use it and it is not in the microsoft authenticator. It was deleted from the application and now I cannot modify it in my tankionline account because it does not have the option.

Please help.

Try to remove or disable the Two-Factor authentication from Settings > Security > Disable. Then maybe try adding it back again as a new account. 

I would recommend the Authy Application because it just seemed easier for me. If your can not log-in to your account because of the Two-Factor, then try contacting the support and telling your problem in detail.

Thanks for your answer.
I already tried to do what you tell me and it asks me for a security code from the authenticator app to cancel the second factor. Which is where the tanki account does not appear after installing the app update.

 

 

Yes, I understand you, but tanki doesn't allow me to disable the second factor unless I give it a code generated by the authentication app that doesn't work for me
